Crating Services Release Agreement & Terms of Use

 

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before agreeing.

Connect Logistics LLC ("Connect Logistics") partners with trusted local crating service providers to facilitate pickup, packing, and crating services for items purchased at auction houses across the United States ("Services"). By engaging our Services and clicking "Submit", you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

• Connect Logistics coordinates with independent, third-party crating partners ("Craters") for pickup, packing, and crating of auction items.

• Photographs of items will be taken before and after crating to document condition and packaging.

• Upon completion of packing, items are released at the packing warehouse for shipping or further handling.

2. Release of Liability

• You acknowledge that Connect Logistics is not the direct provider of packing or crating services.

• Once items are released at the packing warehouse, Connect Logistics LLC and its partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter, including during shipping, transit, storage, or delivery.

• All claims for damage or loss must be made directly with the carrier, insurer, or other responsible third party.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of your order, condition photos, and delivery instructions prior to release.

• Securing insurance coverage for your items beyond the point of warehouse release.
