Partner Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Connect Logistics Partner Referral Program (“Program”) rewards approved partners for referring new shipping customers to Connect Logistics LLC (“Company”). Partners earn recurring referral commissions for qualifying shipments made by their referred customers.

2. Eligibility

  • Referrals must be new customers and not previously registered with Connect Logistics LLC, Logiworld, or Landstar systems

  • Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible

  • Connect Logistics reserves the right to approve or reject any referral

​

3. Referral Commission

  • $25 per qualifying international shipment

  • Commission applies to shipments processed and completed through Connect Logistics

  • Commission is paid for as long as the referred account remains active, subject to these Terms

  • Shipment weighing less than 50 lbs may be subject to a different referral rate

​

4. Qualified Shipment

A qualified shipment must:

  • Be completed and paid in full

  • Not be canceled, refunded, or disputed

  • Comply with Connect Logistics’ service and compliance requirements

​

5. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated monthly

  • Payments are issued within 15 days after month-end

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100

  • Payments are made via ACH, Zelle, check, or another approved method

​

6. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals must be submitted via email, referral form, or approved referral method

  • Only one partner may be credited per referred account

  • Connect Logistics’ internal records shall be the final authority in determining referral eligibility and commissions

7. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Represent Connect Logistics accurately and professionally

  • Avoid false, misleading, or unauthorized claims

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

​

8. Program Changes & Termination

  • Connect Logistics may modify or terminate the Program at any time with notice

  • Commission rates or structures may be updated for future shipments

  • Earned and unpaid commissions prior to termination will be paid according to these Terms

9. Confidentiality

All referral-related information, pricing, and commissions are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent from Connect Logistics.

10. Acceptance

Participation in the Partner Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
